What’s one thing you cannot resist? 

Dark chocolate. It will never not be in my life.

What’s your personal motto or mantra? 

Where there is a will there is a way. 

What would you most like to tell yourself at age 13? 

I would tell myself to forget about what people think.

What would people be surprised to know about you? 

While I am definitely a problem solver in the accounting world, my passion is helping folks attain their health goals and make sustainable lifestyle changes.

I am a fitness coach. I help people reach their desirable fat loss/composition goals with real food and teach them to continue their goals in a sustainable lifestyle. No fad-dieting, just eating food!

What is your favorite show to binge?

Yellowstone!

How did you pass time during the stay-at-home mandate? 

My family and I bought bikes and just got out and rode.

Do you have pets? 

Yes, I have a 14-year-old Corgi and a 2-year-old Chocolate lab.
